Sample Menu for an Affair with Stations

Stationary Hors d'Oeuvres

- Crudite, dip, Solively tapenade, crostini
- Artisan Cheese board to include an assortment of local cheese, homemade boursin, fresh fruit and gourmet crackers
- Salmon Chaud-froids, a whole poached salmon served with its head and tail on, decorated with paper thin English cucumbers and served with a cucumber dill sauce

Passed Hors d'Oeuvres

- Vegetable samosa, served with a mango chutney
- Spanikopita
- Artichoke crostini
- Shrimp wrapped with bacon
- Wild caught Smoked salmon served with lemon caper cream cheese mixture stacked on a rice wafer and topped with a caper
- Belgian endive served with a smoked local trout and a slice of cucumber
- Grilled Angus filet mignon served in a homemade tart topped with a sour cream horseradish sauce and fresh local organic greens

Tuscan Station

- Gourmet Antipasto to include:
Imported cured meats (from Arthur Avenue in the Bronx), imported provolone cheese, marinated artichoke hearts, marinated vegetables, marinated mozzarella balls with our famous sun dried tomato and garlic tapenade, an assortment of imported olives, extra virgin olive oil, thirty year old balsamic vinegar and fresh Perecca and bread for dipping

- Baby organic spinach salad served with a sauteed shiitake mushrooms, red roasted pepper and walnut oil, Sherry vinaigrette topped with shaved parmesan cheese

- Tuscan Shrimp, sauteed colossal wild caught shrimp, red roasted peppers, sun dried tomatoes, served on a bed of gemelli topped with snow peas and feta cheese

Protein Station

- New Zealand Rack of lamb served with a red wine demi-glace
- Pan seared duck breasts served on a bed of wild rice with a sesame orange sauce with a slight hint of heat topped with steamed local greens
- Herbed red roasted potatoes
- Our famous macaroni and local cheese topped with sauteed shiitake mushrooms and drizzled with truffle oil
*our famous lump crab cakes served with a remoulade sauce

Dessert Station Seasonally inspired

- Our signature French chocolate brownies
- An assortment of homemade cookies
- French macaroons
- Cream puffs
- Pear frangipane tart
- Strawberries dipped in dark chocolate
- Local organic apple crisp served with local freshly whipped cream
- Coffee, regular and decaf, and tea

Most proposals include:
Set up, clean up, glassware, dish-ware, our signature antique silver plated flatware, full length white linens with a white pressed top linen, wait staff, bar staff and our glorious food. We can also either serve or provide a full open bar to include all top shelf liquors, imported red and white wine, Champagne (Sparkling wine), imported and domestic beer, all mixers, bar condiments and ice. We are required by law to ensure that no one under the age of 21 is served alcoholic beverages, regardless of the location of the function. We reserve the right to card anyone who may appear to be 30 years of age or younger.
